Whether you wish to take a part-time course to further your own knowledge or you envisage a career in horticulture, on completion of a DSH course you will have a greater understanding of horticulture.

Bookings are now being taken for our 2015/2016 part-time courses:

• RHS Level 2 Theory Course
• RHS Level 2 Pratical Course
• RHS Diploma @ Level 2
  – May be achieved upon completion of both the RHS Level 2 Theory & the RHS Level 2 Practical Courses 
• RHS Level 3 Theory Course

• DSH Course in “Practical Planting”

• An overview of our facilities at Burton Hall

For the current teaching year we have reintroduced the RHS  Level 2 Course in Practical Horticulture. This course is designed to dovetail with the RHS Level 2 Theory Course in The Principles of Horticulture.

We believe that this course is comprehensive and we feel that it will give the student a good hands on approach to practical horticulture.

We are also offering a “Practical Planting” course which will run over ten weeks and is aimed at landscapers. This course will concentrate on plant selection and soft landscaping, an area that we feel needs attention.
